Served with Sourdough, Cucumbers and Kettle Chips
Extra Dirty Whipped Martini Dip
Ingredients -
8 ounces cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
4 ounces Feta Cheese crumbles
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup Castelvetrano olives, chopped but save 8-12 of them whole
2 TBS Gin or Vodka
1 TBS Dry Vermouth
2 TBS brine (from olive jar)
2 TBS chives, chopped
Served on the side for dipping-
sourdough bread sliced thin and toasted
cucumber slices
Kettle chips
Extra Dirty Whipped Martini Dip Recipe-
Marinate chopped olives in Gin (or Vodka), Vermouth and brine for 30 minutes
Using a mixer, whip the cream cheese, Feta, sour cream and 2 TBS of the olive marinade until airy.
Fold in the chopped olives and chives until mixed well
Serve the dip in a wide bowl. Place the whole olives nestled in the dip (as shown in the picture)
Serve with sourdough, cucumber and kettle chips (everyone has their favorite dipper, which makes it fun to talk about)
